COAST Real Estate Professionals will be brokered by EXP, allowing Saba and O’Grady the freedom to create a “high-production” boutique real estate group. Jean Beck has served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Hilton Head Area Realtors since January 2008, where she is responsible for the management of a 1,700-plus-member professional organization. Beck, who with her husband moved to Hilton Head Island in 2003, answers questions from Monthly about the state of the 2022 real estate market. The responses have been edited for length and clarity.
HILTON HEAD REAL ESTATE AGENT NAMED STATE PRESIDENT
Cindy Creamer, a real estate agent at Dunes Real Estate in Hilton Head, was named the 2022 South Carolina Realtors President. Her presidential term began in January. Creamer has been a Realtor since 2006 with Dunes Real Estate. She currently serves on the 2022 NAR State and Local Issues Mobilization Committee. Creamer is also a National Association of Realtors director.
WEICHERT REALTORS HIRES 3 AGENTS, RECRUITING/MARKETING COORDINATOR
Debra Quinn, Lakesha Brown and Donna Martin have joined Weichert Realtors as real estate agents.
Quinn, who will work out of the Bluffton office, has worked in the spa industry since 2003. She has experience working in luxury spas including Forbes Five Star, AAA Five Diamond, Leading Spas of the World, and Relais & Châteaux establishments. When she moved to the Lowcountry, she met a local Realtor who inspired her to pursue a career in real estate.
COASTAL VACATION RENTALS ADDS GUEST SERVICES COORDINATOR
Kelly Logan has joined Coastal Vacation Rentals as a guest services coordinator. Logan graduated with a bachelor’s degree with first-class honors in International Tourism Management in England, United Kingdom. She worked as an intern at the Inn & Club at Harbour Town for the Sea Pines Resort.
CHARTER ONE REALTY HOSTS ANNUAL TOY DRIVE
Charter One Realty has started its sixth annual Holiday Toy Drive in partnership with Deep Well, Bluffton Self Help, and the United Way. Members of the community are invited to drop off new, unwrapped toys at its sales offices through Tuesday, Dec. 7. Charter One Realty is also collecting toys during the Bluffton Christmas Parade on Dec. 4. Parade attendees who wish to donate a toy to a child in need can drop a toy in a collection box at 1 Promenade St.
FEWER AVAILABLE HOUSES MEAN STIFFER COMPETITION, HIGHER PRICES
Real estate broker Michael Manesiotis started the second week in October with one house in his rental home inventory. He knew it would be gone by the end of the week.
“It is amazing the climate we have,” said Manesiotis, broker in charge at Hilton Head Long-Term Rentals. “We can list a property on Thursday and have four or five hits or interested inquiries by Monday.”

Grant, who will work out of the Hilton Head Island office, began her real estate career in Wisconsin. After their children finished college, Judy and her husband decided to move to Hilton Head. Before joining Weichert Realtors, Grant started her own “boutique’’ real estate agency.
COLLINS GROUP REALTY WELCOMES LISTINGS COORDINATOR
Cameron Clark has joined Collins Group Realty as listings coordinator. He will provide comprehensive support and assistance to CGR’s listings team in the processing and logistics of properties listed in the Lowcountry. Clark is a graduate of the University of South Carolina. He previously worked as House of Representatives page at the South Carolina Statehouse.
