One of the traditions of the Heritage is to savor a Bloody Mary before heading out to the course to watch play. Here are a few recipes from some local favorites:
The SCB Sriracha Mary

2 oz. vodka
4 oz. tomato juice
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. freshly grated Horseradish
2 pinches celery salt
3 dashes Sriracha Chili (or more to taste)
2 dashes worcestershire sauce
"WG" Bacon Chipotle Zing Zang Bloody Mary

1.5 oz. Bakon vodka (bacon infused vodka)
3 oz. Zing Zang Bloody Mary Mix
2 oz. clamato juice
1/4 tsp. chipotle puree
1 dash worcestershire
1 dash bitters
Shake and serve over ice in a Collins glass rimmed with a Smoked Sea Salt and Old Bay Rim. Garnish with a celery stick, wedge of lime and a pickled okra spear.

Bloody Mary

1½ oz. of preferred vodka
1 48-ounce jar of V8 juice
Juice of two fresh lemons
2 tbl. of Montreal Steak Seasoning (grind in spice grinder)
6 tbl. of Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
Mix all ingrediants well. Salt the rim of a 12 oz. rocks glass with Hawaiian Pink Salt and add ice. Add mix to fill and stir. Garnish with lemon, olive and mild cherry pepper.
