Bluffton voters reelected Oliver S. Brown, an engineer with the South Carolina Department of Transportation who was first elected in a special election in 2008 after councilman Tommy Heyward died.
Voters also elected Michael Raymond, a former engineer in the town’s environmental department, but ousted Charlie Wetmore, who has been on the council since 2006 and ran against Lisa Sulka for mayor last year.
