Do you have a low sex drive? Are you menopausal or concerned about cervical cancer? Clinical trials are being conducted by a group of local doctors on those and other issues. They are also studying a new test for cervical cancer screening and HPV detection. Currently, volunteers will be needed for a trial with a new birth control pill.
The doctors of Beaufort OB-GYN Associates have joined with Fellows Research Alliance as physician investigators. Drs. Patricia Thompson, Lynn Norton, John Fontana and Meredith Mitchell will be adding clinical research to their practice at the Westbury Park, Bluffton office.
