- We are partners with on-line Travel Companies, including: Clear Stay, Home Away, Rent My Place, Second Porch, Vacation Rentals Live and more.....
- Our marketing also includes monthly e-blasts to all of the SC Parks Recreation and Tourism leads, past guests and rental inquiries along with a direct mail brochure to over 50,000 past customers.
- Our In-house maintenance staff offers the most efficient and prompt service available. On call professional maintenance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- We offer our full range of services to owner marketed properties and referral guests, i.e. VRBO, at a reduced commission.
- Over thirty years experience in managing reseidential and commercial regimes, with a hands-on policy of being on every property every day.
