Town hires two new staffers
The Town of Hilton Head Island recently hired two new employees for the Finance Department. Victoria Shanahan is the new accounting manager. Debra Cyrilla has joined the accounting division as accounting specialist.
Laffey, Smoak join Group 3
Elaine Laffey has joined Group 3 Architecture-Interiors-Planning as an accountant. Tara Smoak has joined the company as a junior interior designer.
Tilton is new chair of advisory board

Smith is new president of foundation
Robert P. Smith, formerly vice president of the Heritage Library Foundation, has been named president of the foundation. Smith has a long association with the library due to a lifelong interest in family history research. For more information, call 843-686-6560.
Nitke joins pediatric center
Holly Nitke has joined Hilton Head Pediatric Therapy Center as its office manager. Nitke has worked for a variety of child and youth services, and has nearly 30 years of experience working with children and families. Hilton Head Pediatric Therapy Center is located at 60 Main St.
Foundation Realty adds two new agents
Sam Mancuso and John Pritchard have joined Foundation Realty. Mancuso is a Life Time Member of Hilton Head Island’s Distinguished Sales Award recipients. He has assisted buyers and sellers on the island since 1997. Pritchard has been a real estate broker on Hilton Head Island since 1981 and owned Admiral Realty. Foundation Realty is located in the Sandcastle Plaza Building on Folly Field Road.
Kelly Tours expanding its business
Kelly Tours, Inc. of Savannah is expanding its outbound tour and travel business to handle Hilton Head and Savannah convention services, destination management and an airport shuttle (www.kshuttle.com). Dionne Mallon has been hired as director of sales and marketing to oversee the group convention business. Warren Hickman has been hired as general manager of the Kshuttle.
Teed joins local law firm
Duncan S. Teed has joined the law firm of Novit & Scarminach, P.A. as an associate attorney specializing in matters of estate planning, taxation and business transactions. He is a native of Hilton Head.
Gall joins Hilton Head fire
The Town of Hilton Head Island Fire & Rescue has hired Adam Gall as a firefighter/EMT. He served eight years in the U.S. Army Reserves and was a firefighter/EMT for the Manhattan Kansas Fire Department.
Rebish joins Keller Willliams
