Natalie Nelson recently opened a sales venue at Hodge Podge at 8 Church St. in old town Bluffton. Becky Conn has been named vice president and senior account executive for Atlantic Community Bank. Conn has worked in the banking industry since 2002. Jenis Girolamo has been named branch manager for Atlantic Community Bank. She will be responsible for the management of the Sheridan Park and Hilton Head Island branch locations.


Bartell opens headquarters on island

Architect Brad Bartell has reestablished the headquarters of his design firm, Bartell Design, LLC, Golf Course Design, on Hilton Head Island. Bartell Design offers design, development and land planning of golf courses and golf communities.

Four new board members named

The Arts Council of Beaufort County has named four new board members. Six continuing board members will be joined by Helen Roper, a Beaufort attorney; architect Nat Hughs; Maridolores Valentin, outreach coordinator for BJH Comprehensive Health Services; and Connie Gardner, who is retired from vocational rehabilitation.
