Kathy Gravelle-Bolton of RE/MAX Island Realty on Hilton Head Island was recently designated a certified distressed property expert. Gravelle-Bolton received extensive training in foreclosure avoidance and short sales.
The designation is approved through the Distressed Property Institute, which opened in January 2008 to provide Realtors with training to help homeowners in distress and handle the complicated short sales.
