Christina Lindstedt, certified personal trainer at Beach City Health and Fitness, completed her Level 1 certification with the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) in Orlando, Fla.
The TPI is recognized as the premier fitness training certification for golfers. Lindstedt holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology from Furman University.
