Second Annual Pet Expo update.
The Second Annual Pet Expo, hosted by Monthly Media Group and PetSmart on August 9 was a great success. Our fundraiser enlightened and enlivened dozens of attendees – not to mention generated much needed funds that for local humane associations. Pets and their parents enjoyed local vendors, glamour shots were taken by a professional photographer, and several animals were adopted from the Hilton Head Humane Association...and while on the subject of pet adoptions, we’re thrilled to announce that our August Pets issue helped the two cats we featured find a home, but we’re not stopping there – Bethany, the black hound mix needs loving family to take her in.
